1. Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player with ph902, used to access gaming services, deposit funds, and place wagers.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by ph902, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by the Player into their ph902 Account via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, or other wagering product offered through the ph902 platform.
• "Payout" or "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from the Player's ph902 Account balance to their designated payment account.
• "Player" means any individual who registers an account and uses ph902 gaming services.
• "Services" means all gaming products, account management features, customer support, and related functionality provided by ph902.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake placed by the Player on a Game outcome using Account balance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create a ph902 account, deposit funds, or place wagers. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ph902 operates under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation

Each Player may register only one (1) account with ph902. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify ph902 of any unauthorized access to your account. ph902 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within ninety days), and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating accounts or using ph902 services: (a) individuals under twenty-one years of age; (b) residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal; (c) employees, contractors, or immediate family members of ph902 or its affiliates; (d) individuals listed on self-exclusion registries maintained by ph902 or Philippine gaming authorities; (e) individuals with previous accounts closed for fraud, collusion, or terms violations; (f) politically exposed persons (PEPs) without enhanced due diligence approval. ph902 reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts of prohibited persons without prior notice.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph902 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven cash-in, GrabPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor, typically within thirty (30) seconds for e-wallet methods and up to two (2) hours for bank transfers. You are responsible for all transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors. ph902 does not charge deposit fees. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or account closure under responsible gaming programs.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. ph902 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to payment processor capabilities. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100; maximum withdrawal per transaction is PHP 100,000 unless higher limits are approved for VIP accounts. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification before processing. Standard processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of approval for e-wallet methods and up to five (5) business days for bank transfers. ph902 reserves the right to request additional verification documents and delay withdrawals pending fraud review. Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. ph902 may impose withdrawal fees for amounts below PHP 500 or for excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day).

3.3 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

ph902 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and maintains strict know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. You must verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or upon ph902 request. Required documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number). Withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 within thirty (30) days require enhanced verification including source of funds documentation. ph902 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Failure to comply with verification requests within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

4. Bonus Terms and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet the stated requirements (new registration, minimum deposit, opt-in requirement, etc.). Each bonus may be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times ("bonus abuse") will have all accounts closed and funds forfeited. ph902 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or refuse bonus eligibility to any Player at its sole discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) and apply to the bonus amount, deposit amount, or combined amount as specified in the promotion terms. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and some Games may be excluded entirely. Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds (typically PHP 50 per spin/hand). Exceeding maximum bet limits or playing excluded Games may void the bonus and associated winnings. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from bonus credit) or the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Terms Modification

ph902 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts, but may affect future claims of the same promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each bonus before claiming. Disputes arising from bonus terms will be resolved at ph902's sole discretion.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Requirements

Players must engage in fair and honest gameplay at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds: (a) collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes; (b) use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools; (c) exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; (d) fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or identity theft; (e) circumventing geographic restrictions via VPN or proxy services; (f) insider trading on sports betting markets; (g) syndicate betting or professional arbitrage betting. ph902 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review procedures to detect unfair play. Players suspected of violating fair play rules will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Game Results and Disputes

All Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for slots and virtual games, or by live dealers for live casino games, or by official sports results for sports betting. Game results are final and cannot be changed except in cases of technical malfunction or obvious error. Players must report disputed results within forty-eight (48) hours of the Game completion. Disputes will be reviewed by ph902's gaming operations team, whose decision is final and binding. In the event of technical malfunction, software error, or interrupted Game, ph902 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund stake amounts. ph902 is not liable for losses caused by Player device failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body. Settlement is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of event conclusion. Bets placed after an event has started ("late bets") will be voided. ph902 reserves the right to void bets on matches with obvious pricing errors or on matches where suspicious betting patterns suggest manipulation. Maximum payout per single bet is PHP 500,000; maximum payout per day is PHP 2,000,000. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events are voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within forty-eight (48) hours. For live in-play betting, ph902 reserves a delay of several seconds between real-time action and odds updates to prevent unfair advantage from faster data feeds.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Grounds for Suspension

ph902 may suspend or close Player accounts immediately without prior notice if: (a) Player violates any provision of these Terms; (b) Player engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct; (c) Player provides false information during registration or verification; (d) Player creates multiple accounts; (e) Player is subject to self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions; (f) account activity suggests money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity; (g) Player becomes a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction. Upon suspension, all pending withdrawals may be canceled and account balances frozen pending investigation.

6.2 Account Closure and Fund Forfeiture

If ph902 determines that a Player has violated these Terms, ph902 reserves the right to: (a) close the Player's account; (b) forfeit the Player's account balance, including deposits and winnings; (c) withhold pending withdrawals; (d) reverse completed withdrawals if fraud is detected; (e) report the Player to relevant authorities; (f) pursue legal action for damages. In cases of account closure for non-fraudulent reasons (voluntary closure, responsible gaming self-exclusion, or business decision), the Player's remaining balance will be returned after deduction of any outstanding bonuses or fees.

6.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Players must withdraw their account balance before requesting closure; any remaining balance after closure may require additional verification to release. Players who close accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion periods (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) during which they cannot reopen their account. ph902 will not accept requests to reopen self-excluded accounts before the exclusion period expires.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the ph902 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ph902 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph902 services for personal entertainment purposes only. Players may not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph902 content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software; (c) create derivative works based on ph902 content; (d) use ph902 trademarks without written permission; (e) frame or embed ph902 content on third-party websites. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ph902 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ph902 does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. ph902's total liability for any claim arising from use of its services is limited to the amount of the Player's deposits in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, excluding bonus funds. ph902 is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) gambling losses or inability to win; (d) third-party payment processor failures or delays; (e) Player device or internet connectivity issues; (f) unauthorized account access due to Player negligence; (g) force majeure events beyond ph902's reasonable control. Players agree to indemnify and hold ph902 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Player's violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming and Problem Gambling

ph902 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Players are encouraged to gamble only with money they can afford to lose, set deposit and loss limits, and take regular breaks from gaming. ph902 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. Players concerned about their gambling behavior or that of a family member should contact the National Center for Mental Health or ph902 customer support for assistance. ph902 cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs and maintains self-exclusion registries. Self-excluded Players will be prevented from accessing their accounts, receiving marketing communications, and claiming bonuses during the exclusion period. 10. Privacy and Data Protection

ph902 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy. Player data is used to: (a) provide gaming services and process transactions; (b) verify identity and prevent fraud; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (d) improve services and personalize user experience; (e) send marketing communications where consent is provided. Player data may be shared with: (a) payment processors and financial institutions; (b) game providers and platform partners; (c) regulatory authorities and law enforcement when legally required; (d) professional service providers bound by confidentiality agreements. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of ph902 services shall be resolved through the following procedure: (a) Player must first contact ph902 customer support and attempt good-faith resolution; (b) if unresolved within fourteen (14) days, Player may escalate to ph902's complaints department; (c) if still unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under Philippine Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004; (d) arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. Arbitrator's decision is final and binding. Players waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Notwithstanding arbitration provisions, ph902 may seek injunctive relief in Philippine courts to prevent ongoing violations or protect intellectual property rights. Exclusive jurisdiction for any court proceedings lies with the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments and Communication

ph902 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted at ph902.cam/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date revised. Continued use of ph902 services after amendments constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing Terms to stay informed of changes. Material changes affecting Player rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the registered email address. Official communications from ph902 will be sent from @ph902.cam email addresses or displayed as in-platform notifications. Players are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring their registered email account. ph902 is not liable for communications sent to outdated email addresses due to Player failure to update account information.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Player and ph902 regarding use of gaming services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver of any Term provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver or waiver of any other provision.
